	Trainer’s training – Certification  10-12 November The third module of the Trainer’s training happened with success. 8 participants received Certificates acknowledged their competence in the creation and the conducting of the business-direction trainings. 	Ukrposchta   2 November The mini-training for the top-managers of the regional department of the state enterprise “Ukrposchta”  “The Analysis of the field of concurrence and the competitive advantages” took place.

New edition.   September The third edition of “If the buyer says “no” appeared in September in the publishing house “Piter”. Thus the total edition of the book makes 32 thousands copies.
